AC-LED TECHNOLOGY LEADS THE NEW TREND OF LED LIGHTING MARKET

At present, whether the household electricity, commercial electricity or public electricity, mostly in the form of alternating current power supply. But the traditional LED lighting must take DC electricity as a driving,and it as lighting use, must be accompanied by the “AC conversion device” which will convert AC to DC

But due to the existence of this kind of power supply with high cost, low efficiency of light transfer, short service life, and opposite LED energy efficient intention.   As everyone knows, LED product which is driven by a DC hidden many shortcomings. It is a kind of integrated processing technology of LED products, including a variety of devices or kernel, without additional transformer, rectifier or a driving circuit, AC alternating current can be directly used to drive. This makes LED products without converter can be directly applied to the home furnishing and office AC plug (10-110V/220-230V), not only significantly reduce the circuit cost, but also to avoid the loss of energy supply in the process of transformation.

In addition, on the other side, in order to give full play to the advantages of small size LED, LED dc drive power supply module with complex structure, is compactly installed in the lamp body small, LED chip and power is the heat source, the environment temperature, thus the work efficiency and the service life of DC power supply a further decrease. Research shows that the complex structure, DC drive power is influenced by temperature, the peak efficiency and working life of less than 10000 hours, much less than the LED chip's working life value (50000 -10 thousand hours).  

AC-LED technology, completely break through the technical bottleneck: Its basic concept is that without the use of additional (off chip) of AC-DC converter and rectifier circuit, to match the current limiting resistor way directly to AC drive LED, avoid efficiency loss using a constant DC power losses, large size, complex structure and limited life. The application of AC-LED abandons the traditional constant voltage constant current power supply, remove the excess electronic parts. In order to reduce the cost, it has achieved a great success in the field of LED lamp miniaturization, reliability and working life.

Because AC-LED can be directly used with AC conduction, without other rectifier transformer, the development in the application and optimization of cost of convenience should not be ignored. Therefore, many industry insiders predict, AC-LED technology will lead the new trend of development of LED lighting market.

Note: Power must be cut off before installing

Step 1: Put the bracket of Flood light install on the fixed surface at the first, Like the Ground (As shown in figure 1).

Step 2: Regulation the Screw at come and go for adjust the beam angle (AS Shown in Figure 2).

Step 3: Connect the 220v Power wire (As Shown in Figure 3).

Step 4: Installation OK (As shown in figure 4), connect the switch power supply after check ok, operational.
